After Hours Care

Family Health is pleased to announce the institution of After Hours Care. We will be open from 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm Monday through Thursday to see urgent problems at the 5735 Meeker Road facility. Please enter the building at the Suite 2 entrance. No appointments will be given. We will be open to all residents of Darke County. Patients will need to bring their insurance cards, money sufficient to cover your copays or proof of income if applying for a sliding fee discount. If you have not been seen at Family Health please bring a list of your medications with you.
